Nasty Surgeons is a Death-Grind band from Burgos, Spain, formed in 2016 by members of well-known groups such as Mistweaver, Mass Burial, Ad Aeternum, Authority Crisis, Dalle, Internal Suffering, and Carnage Divine. Their music is heavily influenced by bands like Carcass, Exhumed, and The County Medical Examiners, but with a distinct sound of their own.

The project began with members from Mistweaver and Mass Burial seeking a rawer, more extreme musical style. In 2016, the band recorded their debut full-length album, Exhumation Requiem, at Undead Studios, which was released through Xtreem Music in 2017.

To date, Nasty Surgeons have recorded four LPs. Their latest album, Anatomy Lessons, was released in 2023 under Base Record Production.

In March, the new album titled Gangrenous Symphonies will be released, also with Base Records, Ruidonoise, and Romantic Songs.
